HOW THE RESERVATION WORKS
This is a request for availability for booking the entire villa.
After checking availability, click on “Confirm Reservation” to know the total cost of the stay.
Only after the subsequent insertion of personal data, you will be contacted via the email address left during registration. We will also send you the data to proceed with the payment of the deposit by bank transfer, equal to 20% of the cost of the stay, which must be paid to confirm the booking.
The full amount must be paid 20 days before the start of the stay, otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled and the accommodation will be made available for new requests.
A security deposit of € 500.00 must be added to the price of the stay for any damage and / or shortages, to be paid locally, in cash, upon arrival, which will be returned after checking by the manager.

- Utilities: water and electricity

- Maintenance and daily cleaning of the garden and barbecue area and swimming pool
- Customer assistance service for the entire duration of the stay
The price does not include:
- Security deposit for the entire period € 500 to be paid locally on arrival

- Extra cleaning (€ 15.00 / h per person employed)

Take the A3 Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorway to the Battipaglia exit. Take the SS 18 towards Paestum-Agropoli-Vallo della Lucania. Exit PRIGNANO. Continue following the signs for LAUREANA CILENTO.
By Train
