On 5 May 2023 the World Health Organization officially declared the end of the “PHEIC – Public Health Emergency of International Concern”: therefore, the health emergency, declared on 11 March 2020, ends, the decreasing curve of the deaths, hospitalizations and intensive care admissions related to Covid-19.

Despite that the health and safety of guests is our priority, therefore we follow the recommendations of the Ministry of Health for the cleaning and hygiene of the property and refer to the provisions and guidelines of the local health authorities. 

• Travelers will be able to stay in a safe and extremely clean house according to rigorous cleaning and disinfection protocols. The entire structure available to the guest, including the garden and the swimming pool, it will be cleaned, disinfected and sanitized at each customer change, in accordance with the guidelines, with products suitable for the different types of materials.

• Unnecessary rugs, decorative cushions and furniture items will be removed.

• The air conditioning and ventilation filters present will be replaced, where necessary, or cleaned.

• Safety and hygiene rules in the water must be adopted and all the house rules foreseen for the use of the swimming pool, set out in RULES AND CONDITIONS, must be maintained.
