THE RESIDENCE
The Residenza Panoramica Villa Carmela is an elegant villa, set on a hill overlooking the sea, at an altitude of 450 m, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf of Salerno and the Amalfi Coast, up to Capri and Ischia. Equipped with 2800 square meters of garden, private swimming pool with hydromassage and exclusive guest, the property is located in the heart of the Cilento National Park, on the edge of the small medieval village of Laureana Cilento. Immersed in greenery and tranquility, just a few kilometers from the sea but also close to key tourist destinations such as Agropoliand the famous temples of Paestum Where you can glimpse back at the world of the Ancient Greeks.

The Residenza Panoramica Villa Carmela, is in the heart of the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park, a few kilometers from the magnificent Cilento coast and Amalfi Coast. It is situated in a good position to reach archaeological sites such as Velia, Pompei and Ercolano and the wonderful Greek Temples of Paestum. The coastal villages of Agropoli, Castellabate and Acciaroli are 15-20 minutes away by car.

INTERNAL SPACES
The villa has a total area of about 460 square meters. which are divided into three levels, each of which has an independent entrance and spacious balconies with panoramic terraces. The interior space can be divided, through the closure of the internal stairwell, into two independent dwellings. The Villa was specifically designed with the absolute pursuit of tranquility, silence and relaxation in mind. We therefore limit the number of guests at 10 people who will benefit form the large space available.
GARDEN AND POOL
A large garden of 2800 square meters set in a lawn with olive trees, fruit trees and ornamental plants. The heated pool has an irregular shape (surface of about 50 square meters) and is equipped with a whirlpool.. Surrounded by greenery but in the heart of the town. Within walking distance, there are essential services such as supermarket, bar and pharmacy.
